If you want to be inspired, want to feel a connection with both yourself and others, want to KNOW your best days are ahead and would like a roadmap with tangible ,no-fluff idas and actions to get there- this membership is for you:)
My Story
Just like you, there have been many times I've had to "reset" in my life and navigate the journey. I've been through many of life's "resets" (loss of a parent as a young adult, divorce, moving, finances, career change- former teacher to stay at home mom to starting a business, resetting my body through menopause-ugh- and as an empty nester...just not the retirement reset- not there yet!)
Yes, we are human. We feel, have emotions and experience lots of challenges. However, I know that at some point we have to take these times and eventually "reset our mindset". Those disconnected times are an opportunity to turn inward and work on ourselves.
Being able to move forward comes down to usually two things: faith and mindset. Find your faith- whatever that may be for you. (Personally, that's the foundation for all I do.) And as far as mindset, I have that covered for you in what I created here for you!

I believe just as we have gym memberships to train and strengthen the BODY, it should be JUST as common to have a membership to train and strengthen the MIND. As I was designing the program and creating some of the monthly activities and take-aways for you, I realized it turned out to be in the 1111 format that I describe. So The"1111 Reset" membership was born:) And at the exact moment I secured this domain name, I looked at the time, and no joke- the time was 11:11 ! (Just a little sign or wink of additional alignment in creating this for you!)
The 1111 RESET is where people like yourself are brought together, with walls down and without judgment. It's a positive place where those who show up have learned from their past and are ready to move forward- together. We are all so much more alike than not. We want to be happy and feel like we are contributing to something greater than ourselves. We want to connect...to know we are not alone. Our soul wants to grow- to expand.
I promise to provide you with empowering "reset topics" each month on our online experience that are designed to focus on the specific things you have going on in that area, with practical takeaways you can apply in your life during that month.
